Description

Ammonoidea, Scaphitidae, Hoploscaphites nicoletti, (M) (Morton, 1842)
Nearly complete free standing female with a beautiful coat of pearly nacre on a mortality plate and rare association with a snail.
They are not usually found together because they live in different oceanic zones.
