Payment Terms
K & M Company’s accepts payment in Paypal Buyer shall be accountable for all state and or local sales taxes in Louisiana. To qualify for exemption from such taxes purchaser must provide resale or exemption certificate or alternate proof of exemption.
Returns
K & M Company’s
offers a limited return policy as a courtesy to its customers on most products  K & M Company’s  must be notified of any return by contacting K & M Company’s  within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the condition of the merchandise until it is safely returned to K & M Company’s. All returns will be void if the returned item(s) have been damaged or otherwise modified from their original condition as shipped to the Buyer. All items sold to Buyer with outer retail packaging must be returned with the outer packaging intact and in good condition.  K & M Company’s  does not refund postage and handling charges or Buyer’s shipping costs to return item(s) to K & M Company’s
