CHICAGO LATROBE # 6917 x # 8 Taper Pin Reamer, 7-1/4" Long x .434" Straight Shank w/ square tang. The tool looks & feels sharp. We see no chips or wear on the flute lead in.
It checks about 3/8" at the tip and about 1/2" at the large end x 5-1/4" length of the flutes.  It is marked: Chicago Latrobe, 8, HS, 6917.
